据今日俄罗斯电视台网站（RT）报道，美国国防部9日在官网发布声明，承认过去20年资助了46个乌克兰生物设施。这是五角大楼首次曝光政府支持在乌生物设施的具体数量。

The US government has supported 46 facilities in Ukraine over the past 20 years… This is the first time the US Department of Defense disclosed the exact number of facilities its government has supported in Ukraine, in a document titled 'Fact Sheet on WMD Threat Reduction Efforts.'

俄罗斯国防部此前曝光，在美资助的乌生物实验室中，只有3个安全。

然而，根据五角大楼的说法，这46个乌生物设施是和平的公共卫生机构，而非用来研发生物武器的场所。

过去20年来，美国通过支持“乌克兰46个和平的实验室、医疗设施和疾病诊断机构”，“与乌克兰合作，改善该国生物安全、安保和疾病监测，以保障人类和动物健康”。

According to the Pentagon, the US has "worked collaboratively to improve Ukraine's biological safety, security, and disease surveillance for both human and animal health," by providing support to "46 peaceful Ukrainian laboratories, health facilities, and disease diagnostic sites over the last two decades." 

US involvement with biological laboratories in Ukraine "remain peaceful efforts to improve nuclear and radiological safety and security, disease surveillance, chemical safety and security, and readiness to respond to epidemics and pandemics such as COVID-19," the Pentagon said.

自3月开始，俄罗斯国防部曾发布一系列简报，提供五角大楼资助乌生物实验室的证据。俄军辐射、化学和生物防护部队司令基里洛夫指责，乌克兰在卢甘斯克地区发动生物攻击。

上个月，俄罗斯军方表示，乌克兰只有3个实验室符合其所从事的研究所规定的安全要求。

Last month, the Russian military said only three laboratories in Ukraine had the required safety levels to do the kind of research they were engaged in.
